Basic Rules Of Sports Table

• Body Contact: Players must pass a ball / Sliotar (typically a lighter/soft ball) over the net using their hurl, bat, feet, chest, head, or knees, like soccer, tennis and hurling.
• No Hands Rule: Players cannot touch the ball with their hands or arms when in play. Same applies when using hurls, rackets or bats.
• Serving and Scoring: The rules for serving and scoring are very similar to table tennis.
• Play Area: The ball must be passed over the net, and the surrounds to be free of any obstacles. Please allow enough room for players to always play safe and without limitations. Position table on a level ground and fix using fixing points if required
• Physical Play: Players are not allowed to climb onto the table at any time, no standing on table at any time is allowed.
• Goal: The objective is to make the ball land on the opponent’s side of the table or cause the opponent to make a mistake.
