The Wobble Board is our newest product in the Agility Product range.
Not an easy task but good for increasing core stability and balance training leads to an improvement of cerebellar functioning.
A wobble board can also improve coordination by using multiple muscle groups at the same time helping to improve the coordination between the brain and the muscles.
An easier version of the board for children with poor balance is also available.
Its made from all weather, recycled plastics and weighs just over 5kg.
